Commentaries on Soorahs al-Ikhlaas, al-Falaq and an-Naas. The Funds in Khilafah State discusses in an intricate manner the funds in the Khilafah state and the Shari’ah rules related to them. The book describes the sources and types of funds and explains how, when, and where they are collected. It also throws light on who are entitled to these funds and the areas upon which these funds can be spent.

The rules in this book were derived solely from the Qur’an and the Sunnah, after careful study and scrutiny of the sayings of the Sahaba, the tabi’een (the followers) and their followers and the opinions of the mujtahideen. A book such as this is indispensable for those who are dedicated to reestablishing the Khilafah, and in the future, upon the Khilafah’s return, it will prove to be a priceless gem for the statesmen, thinkers and politicians of the Islamic Ummah.

 



Our Philosophy is a collection of our basic notions concerning the world and our way of considering it. For this reason, the book, with the exception of the Introduction, is divided into two investigations: one concerned with the theory of knowledge, and the other, with the philosophical notion of the world.

 



This book is a brief compilation of hadith related to ruling. It is a small selection but it is hoped that it serves to illustrate how central to Islam was its ruling system, and the manner of the just ruler as opposed to the characteristics of the evil one, and the nature of the application of the rule, the role of the Ummah in accounting those in authority, and the painful consequences if this is neglected.

The subject matter of this work has preoccupied and continues to preoccupy the minds of our nation’s members; yet in spite of this preoccupation, many people lack a correct understanding regarding it. Because the issues that fall under the subject matter of this work are so important, I decided to write this work, through which I hope to make plain the way to live and act according to what Allah has revealed. Contrary to what some may think, this work is relevant not just to leaders, but to every individual as well. Each and every human being is a leader and chief of sorts, for just as a ruler is responsible for the welfare of his state and citizens, each one of us is responsible for his flock — the members of his family and, more importantly, his own self…

 



This book is about the life stories of the Mothers of the Believers and 16 other Sahabyat who had been given the good news of the paradise in this world by Prophet Muhammad (SAW). There are good examples in the lifestyle of the Mothers of the believers and women Companions especially for the Muslim women. It is necessary for all of us to study the Seerah of these noble and fortunate women. Besides the Mothers of the believers, the compiler of the book has included the description of those sixteen women who had been given the good News of the Paradise in this world by the Prophet Muhammad (S). Although the original book is in the Urdu language but the efforts of the translator had made it more beneficial for the readers.

 



We present to the English reader, Millat Ibrāhīm, by the noble Shaykh, Abu Muhammad Al-Maqdisī, may Allāh preserve him. This particular treatise has been an influential and significant book with many of the contemporary Islāmic groups intent upon forming an Islāmic state. Herein, the author draws several parallels between the form of idolatry in the time of the Messenger of Allāh (PBUH) and that which the apostate regimes have instituted from fabricated laws and methodologies of falsehood in the lands of the Muslims, which are the main obstacles to the formation of such a state.

Shaykh Abu Muhammad al-Maqdisi. born 1378 A.H. (1959 A.D.) in the province of Nablus, Palestine,At a young age his family emigrated to Kuwait. He later studied at the University of Mosul in Iraq. He began to travel around Kuwait and Saudi Arabia in order to visit the numerous religious students and sheikhs. He than began to study the writings of Sheikh ul-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah and Imam Ibnul Qayyim. While in Medinah he read the writings of Imam Muhammad ibn Abd al Wahhab and was strongly influenced by them. Maqdisi travelled to Pakistan and Afghanistan and met many of the mujahid groups there at the time. In 1992 he returned to Jordan. He began to denounce the Jordanian government and the man-made laws that were being implemented there. His teachings gained many adherents and this earned him the attention of the government, and he was arrested and imprisoned. During the years 1995-1999. He was later released and stayed in Jordan, where he was later rearrested on terrorism charges for conspiring to attack American targets in Jordan. He was released again in July 2005, but arrested again after he gave an interview to al Jazeera.He was released again in 2008.

 

 



Jerusalem in the Qur’an is a great book that thrilled and delighted me in a number of ways. I am surprised that such a meticulously documented book had to wait for such a long time before seeing the light. It is now more than half a century since the Zionists began their appalling oppression and ethnic cleansing of the Palestinian people whose only offense is that they happened to live in a country considered by the Jews to be their promised Holy Land.

 



The Muslims in general believe that the Qur’an has been preserved intact and pure by Allah Himself. But what is often forgotten by many is that this preservation necessarily includes the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad (S), the practical example of the implementation of the Qur’an. Hadith is Sunnah in record. How the immense wealth of Hadith literature has been left to us by the Muhaddiths (scholars of Hadith) is an extremely wide, complex study. We publish this short treatise on “the science of Hadith” by the learned Suhaib Hasan with English readers in mind. It is part of our scheme to introduce various aspects of Islam to English readers. May Allah accept it as a good work.
