The Quran is not only unique in the way in which it presents its subject matter, but it is also unique in that it is a miracle itself. By the term “miracle,” we mean the performance of a supernatural or extraordinary event which cannot be duplicated by humans. It has been documented that Prophet Muhammad, may God praise him, challenged the Arabs to produce a literary work of a similar caliber as the Quran, but they were unable to do so in spite of their well-known eloquence and literary powers. The challenge to reproduce the Quran was presented to the Arabs and mankind in three stages.

Allah intends to clarify the truth to people and prove it, and thereby, leave no place for excuses that they did not receive the message of truth from Him; that is why He sent Messengers and Divine Books. Indeed, the Prophet sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam said: “No one likes to give people excuses more than Allah.” He has sent the Messengers, peace be upon them, as warners and bringers of glad tidings; hence, they explained the message of Allah and the scholars and students of knowledge did the same after them. This is so, because it is compulsory upon anyone who attains any knowledge to follow the footsteps of the Prophets and Messengers, peace be upon them, by clarifying what they are aware of.

” And indeed, you are of a great moral character.” (Quran, 68:4). Shaykh Ahmed Hussein Deedat (July 1, 1918 – August 8, 2005) was a Muslim scholar of comparative religion, an author, lecturer, and an orator. He was best known for witty inter-religious public debates. In 1957, Deedat, together with two of his friends, founded the Islamic Propagation Centre International (IPCI) and remained its president until 1996.

This booklet will critically examine the argument that religion hinders man’s progress and it will show that there is no contradiction between science and Islam. Furthermore, the booklet will highlight some of the scientific achievements of Muslims during the time when Islam was implemented in a comprehensive fashion.

Published by Dar Al Fatah in 1996 Description An analytic look at Jesus’ person and the content of his message. Examines Christian sources historically and textually and compares them with the Islamic point of view as found in the Quran and Sunnah.

The book refers to the long Arab-Jewish conflict that sees no end. Deedat shows according to Genesis, Arabs have a legitimate claim to the land as do the Jews. Both being the children of Abraham (PBUH).

Ibn Taymiyyah said: This (enjoining good and forbidding evil) is a duty that the entire Ummah is obliged to fulfil. It is what the Ulama know as an obligation of collective responsibility, if a group in society undertook to discharge it, the other members of this society are absolved from it. The entire Ummah is commisioned to undertake it, but if a group therin was responsible for discharging it, the rest of society is no longer obliged to undertake it.

Successions are of many kinds like the birthright of the “first-born” as in Jewish law. Or the ascending of the eldest son or daughter to the kingly throne. Or by election, to select a candidate by the vote of the majority. Or Theologically, an appointment by Divine Decree of God’s chosen Messengers. Like the call of Abraham, Moses, Jesus or Muhummed (May the Peace and Blessings of God be upon them all) who were appointed or “anointed” in consecration to their office.

Muhummed’s (pbuh) succession to Jesus Christ (pbuh) is multifaceted.

1. Chronologically, in history as a sequence of event in time.
2. By being Chosen by God.
3. In the fulfilment of the prophecies of his predecessors, and but not in the least…
4. By bringing the Guidance of God to perfection ‘ “For he will Guide you into all Truth.” said. Jesus Christ

In this book as well as in my other publications, I quote extensively from the Arabic Qur’ân not only for blessings or adornment. It presents a golden opportunity for my learned brethren to memorize these quotations with its meaning and to share their knowledge with others.

The book contains detailed information and descriptions that show how the Bible was changed and tampered with over the past two millennia. The account and the discussions presented are based on, and collected from, the writings of Christian authors, the Church and the Bible.

Islam has changed the lives of countless millions of people, yet remains unknown or misunderstood to many more millions. It only needs to be presented and understood. This publication is a summary of different facets of Islam which are briefly introduced.
